Frequently asked questions
How are templates and LUTs licensed?
A single purchase grants a perpetual, non‑exclusive license for one production company or freelancer. You may duplicate files for your crew on the same project. Resale or public redistribution is not permitted.
Do you provide updates to purchased files?
Yes. When we improve a template or guide, you receive free minor updates for one year. We announce major revisions in the catalog page notes.
What level are the workshops aimed at?
Each workshop lists a level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). We focus on practical drills with immediate set impact, and we provide pre‑reading so class time stays hands‑on.
What is your refund policy?
Digital files are non‑refundable once downloaded. For workshops, cancellations 7+ days prior receive full credit toward a future date; within 7 days we offer 50% credit.
Can you advise on a specific shoot?
Yes. Book a consulting block via the catalog. We discuss story intent, blocking, lensing, movement, and data flow tailored to your production.
Are your LUTs camera‑agnostic?
We build neutral transforms tested on major cinema bodies. They aim to stabilize dailies and speed grading, not to impose a heavy creative look.
Who teaches the operator workshops?
Our operator leads sessions. Guest ACs and DITs join modules on focus pulling, lens hygiene, exposure discipline, and data integrity.
Can I get an invoice with studio details?
Absolutely. After checkout, reply to the receipt email with your billing info and we’ll send a formal invoice within one business day.
Do you accommodate accessibility needs in workshops?
Yes. We can adapt drills for mobility and sensory needs with advance notice. Let us know in the contact form.
